Do patients need to download an app?
Patients can be contacted by voice call, SMS, or through the Veyas AI patient app — a Progressive Web App available on any smartphone. The app allows patients to log vitals, report symptoms, manage medications, and contact their care team directly. No app store download required.
What happens after the 7-week pilot?
We deliver a full outcomes report. If you wish to continue, we issue a standard subscription agreement. No services are billed without a signed agreement.
Is this compatible with our existing clinical system?
Veyas-AI works alongside your existing clinical system and does not require integration to operate. Cohort setup is completed during your onboarding session — no technical work required from your team.
Who is responsible for clinical decisions?
Your clinical team retains full clinical and legal responsibility for all patient care decisions. Veyas-AI provides decision support only.
